On Wednesday, September 24, PlayStation aired its latest State of Play. The presentation, despite just being a little over half an hour in runtime, was bursting with new extended gameplay trailers, announcements, reveals, new peripherals, and more. From anime RPGs and remasters of classics to world premiere spots, PlayStation’s stream was pretty darn solid. The showcase aired in the U.S. yesterday at 2 p.m. PT/5 p.m. ET, so if you were commuting or working and couldn’t tune in, we’ve got you covered. Take a look at all the new games and other surprises shown in yesterday’s PlayStation State of Play here:

The Saros team gave fans their first-ever peek at extended gameplay yesterday during PlayStation’s State of Play presentation. In the 16 hours since its reveal, the cerebral and cinematic trailer has already been viewed an eye-watering 370,000 times.
The Saros crew also released the game’s PS5/PS5 Pro release date: March 20, 2026.
Zero Parades for Dead Spies

From the makers of revolutionary RPG Disco Elysium comes Zero Parades – For Dead Spies. The all-new isometric title takes place in a downtrodden metropolis and follows Hershel Wilk, a one-time spy who gets pulled back into the city’s seedy underbelly. Though no tentative arrival date was given during the State of Play, the segment said Zero Parades would arrive sometime in 2026.

Deus Ex Remastered

The official blurb from the PlayStation blog is already in the right mindset:
“We’ve said too much, the feed is compromised. Trust no one… Even your allies may not be what they seem… Be ready when the truth breaks, accept your mission and secure your pre-order today on PlayStation Store. Deployment begins in February, whether you’re prepared or not. Watch the shadows, agent. They’re watching you.”
The remastered Deus Ex employs enhanced visuals, haptic feedback, modernized mechanics, and more when it lands in early 2026.
Halloween: The Game

John Carpenter’s Halloween is, somehow, getting even more unsettling. A new asymmetrical sandbox horror from studio Illfonic is on the way. With the game’s 1v4 asymmetrical format, a single player controls horror icon Michael Myers. The other gamers must escape Haddonfield unscathed. As Myers, players can utilize special abilities to take down the others; as civilians, sneak about and lead other innocent townsfolk to safety with lootable gear. Halloween: The Game hits retailers on Sept. 8, 2026.

Chronoscript: The Endless End

Chronoscript: The Endless End incorporates a stunning, “hand-drawn pen style” to tell an editor’s remarkable tale. “After completing a long-running series,” the PlayStation Blog entry reads, “an editor takes on a peculiar request that leads him to a manor in a remote mountain. A single mosquito bite sends him spiraling into unconsciousness. When he awakens, he finds himself trapped inside the manuscript pages of an endless story, penned by a writer who has lived for a thousand years. You, as the editor, must navigate this world of words and guide a story that has lost its ending to its final chapter.”
Chronoscript: The Endless End comes to PS5 in 2026.

Crimson Desert releases on March 19, 2026.

Australian actor Liam McIntyre is donning Logan’s iconic claws in Marvel’s Wolverine, a gritty game adaptation that tells the story of the beloved comic book antihero. In a behind-the-scenes clip, Macintyre says the role is “one of the coolest things [he’s] ever gotten to do.”
Check out the VERY NSFW trailer for Marvel’s Wolverine here (but I suggest doing it after lunch). Marvel’s Wolverine slices its way onto PlayStation 5 consoles in Fall 2026, though the studio says you can expect more info in Spring 2026.
