Phew — January is over! The dreary, gray month is what I imagine purgatory for calendars would look like. With these frigid temps and high heat bills, humans in this hemisphere aren’t faring much better. With Valentine’s Day right around the corner, though, we can start warming up by flexing our hardest-working muscle — the heart, of course!
