Independent game publisher Critical Reflex is hosting its second-annual CRITICAL REFLEX TIME showcase tomorrow — Tuesday, October 20 — immediately following the ID@Xbox Showcase.
According to the publisher’s latest press release, tomorrow’s broadcast will feature “big announcements, brand-new trailers, and other exciting surprises” from some of the studio’s most beloved releases.
The Mouthwashing publisher also shared broadcast reminders on social media, including platforms X (formerly Twitter) and Bluesky. “CRITICAL REFLEX TIME TOMORROW,” the studio’s latest post reads.
“No glitching vfx this time. Just a clean static image to burn the time and date into your brain through the retinas! BE. THERE.”
As with most modern game showcases, Critical Reflex will livestream the broadcast via its YouTube channel. The showcase is expected to kick off around 10:30 a.m. PT/1:30 p.m. ET/6:30 p.m. BST.
CRITICAL REFLEX TIME 2026: What to expect
In a new email on Monday, esoteric indie game publisher Critical Reflex teased a few titles fans can expect more about during tomorrow’s showcase.
“Here’s a sneak peek at what you can expect cause we’ve been watching and we know you’ve been really good this year:
- Climbing the corporate technicolor pipes of Pipes.exe
- Escaping the Giant Policeman of Militsioner
- Satisfying forbidden cravings in Cucina Stellata
- Peeking into a spine-chilling past in Inkblood
“But that’s certainly not all – expect excess. It isn’t a mere meal we’re inviting you to, but a banquet that will leave you so satiated it might induce mild nausea.”
