Sorry, We’re Closed, the atmospheric survival horror game from developer à la mode games, is now available in a physical Premium Edition. The unsettling, entrancing title first dropped digitally nearly a year ago — on Steam in November 2024, and on consoles in March 2025 — but the all-new collectible version is now available exclusively for the Nintendo Switch and PlayStation 5. Publisher Serenity Forge shared details in a press release on Tuesday, adding that fans can get their own Premium Edition for $44.99.
The Sorry, We’re Closed Premium Edition comes with a physical copy of the base game, a design booklet, an illustrated inner coversheet, a soundtrack download card, and a holographic sheet of stickers. At the time of writing, the game’s Premium Edition is available via the Serenity Forge online store, Amazon, and GameStop.

In Sorry, We’re Closed, a sinister curse plagues stylish, blue-haired protagonist Michelle, opening a powerful third eye on her forehead. Her new perspective lands her in a troubling, nightmarish world chock-full of retro-inspired, polygonal characters and Lovecraftian NPCs. The game utilizes arcade-style first-person shooting mechanics, making your brisk runs down dim hallways even more intense. Explore the world you thought you knew, relish the dreamy soundtrack and retro-inspired visuals, and forge Michelle’s path — wherever it may lead.
“Sorry We’re Closed is an eccentric story-driven survival horror game about demons, angels and what happens when both sides collide,” the game’s Steam listing reads. “A mix of classic fixed-camera exploration and arcade-style shooting where Michelle must use her Third Eye to see between worlds, uncover secrets and solve puzzles.” It currently holds an “Overwhelmingly Positive” aggregated review score on the platform.
à la mode games, the developer behind Sorry, We’re Closed, comprises just two creatives: Tom and C.B. The two first met playing video games in the mid-2000s, and began working on the indie survival horror game during the COVID-19 pandemic. Sorry, We’re Closed is the pair’s first project.
