Southeast Asian Games Showcase returning alongside Summer Game Fest

The Southeast Asian Games Showcase (SEAGS) is returning next month in partnership with Geoff Keighley’s Summer Game Fest event. The Showcase, which debuted at last summer’s Game Fest event, is a comprehensive digital presentation bursting with special announcements, reveals, updates, and premieres from video game developers throughout Southeast Asia.

This year, the Showcase will air on Saturday, June 6, 2026, at 8 a.m. PT/11 a.m. ET/ 4 p.m. BST/ 11 p.m. MYT/ 1 a.m. AEST via YouTube and Twitch streams, as well as a broadcast on The Game Awards YouTube channel.

The organization confirmed its return on Thursday in a post on X. “The Southeast Asian Games Showcase returns on June 6th, 2026, as part of the @SummerGameFest !”

This year’s emcee list comprises prominent industry figures:

  • Arief Johan, Co-Founder, Southeast Asian Games Showcase (Malaysia)
  • Jay Wong, Co-Founder Kopiforge (Singapore)
  • Michael Higham, Editor, IGN (Philippines, United States)
  • Nhi Do, Voice Actor, Studio Producer, sunset visitor 斜陽過客 (Vietnam, Canada)
  • Samantha Low, Co-Founder, Southeast Asian Games Showcase (Malaysia)
  • Sarah Johana, Indie Game Marketer (Indonesia)
  • Victoria Tran, Communications Director, Innersloth (Vietnam, Canada)

In a news release, the Showcase says it “hopes to expand its reach as a platform to support the SEA games industry through other meaningful and high impact initiatives that connect the region with the world.”
