Forza Horizon 6: First expansion coming in January 2027

XBOX Game Studios and Playground Games have announced Forza Horizon 6‘s very first premium DLC. The upcoming expansion, which the game’s creators say will hit Steam on January 21, 2027, will be available separately and with Forza Horizon 6 Premium Edition, Premium Upgrade, and Expansions Bundle “at no additional cost.”

“Upgrade your game to the Forza Horizon 6 Premium Edition with the Premium Upgrade and enjoy immediate access to all the content that has been released so far,” the Forza Horizon 6 team said in a new Steam update, “including Car Pass, the Time Attack and Italian Passion Car Packs, VIP Membership, and Welcome Pack.

“In addition, you’ll be all set for the first Premium Expansion that releases on January 21.” Devs also said fans can expect a “second Premium Expansion” after the first launches.

Few details are available right now, but the update urges fans to “[s]tay tuned for more details about this upcoming Expansion closer to availability.”
