Jones Soda announces Nuka-Cola Quantum

Innovative beverage brand Jones Soda Co. is bringing back its Fallout-themed Nuka-Cola, but with a pucker-inducing new formula.

The brand has sold viral Fallout-branded bevs in the past, but the updated formula boasts an all-new super-sour “Quantum” flavor thanks to some extra Strontium-90.

Jones Soda Co. says Nuka-Cola Quantum “is packed with unique flavors and a vibrant Strontium-90 glow that will energize your day … Add some zing to your zip—this is SOUR BERRY LEMONADE like never before.”

According to Jones Soda Co.’s product listing, the bright-blue brew is “aggressively sour” and “hits like a plasma grenade—intense, refreshing, and addictively electric.”

Like the brand’s other offbeat pop flavors, Nuka-Cola Quantum comes in a retro glass bottle, the transparent glass showing the drink’s vibrant (and radioactive) blue hue.

Despite its new taste, the original Quantum formula’s purple is back in all its glory, its label leaning on the Fallout franchise’s retrofuturistic aesthetic. Additionally, the cola’s twist-top cap means thirst can be conveniently quenched whenever or wherever.

The new neon concoction contains no artificial sweeteners or dairy, and its tangy taste is the product of real cane sugar.

Fallout fans can preorder an exclusive 4-pack and cute cardboard carrier via Jones Soda Co.’s website. The brand says shipments will begin on or before May 8.
