Snoop D-O-double-G is G-A-M-E in HITMAN World of Assassination‘s latest Elusive Target mission. The blockbuster stealth series’ newest target, The Herbalist, features the likeness and equally recognizable voice of West Coast hip-hop mogul Snoop Dogg as Dr. Cyrus Cane, a crooked cookie-company owner whose profit-over-people approach could cost customers their lives.
As Agent 47, your objective is to eliminate the deadly dessert, called Morsizzles, and dastardly creator Dr. Cane for good.
As if Snoop’s cameo weren’t cool enough, the rap star is joined by his son, Cordell C. Broadus, who lends his voice to an in-game party guest. The pair comprise the first father-son duo to appear together in the franchise.
Snoop Dogg spoke on his HITMAN cameo in a news release. “It’s definitely an honor to step into a franchise as legendary as HITMAN, with millions of fans,” he said.
“IO Interactive cooked up a truly fine mission, and bringing my son Cordell along for the ride? That’s awesome. The final ingredient that’s missing is how much style the players are going to be able to bring, so let’s see what you can do against Dr. Cyrus Cane.” Snoop Dogg added.

A new roadmap launches today alongside the new Herbalist mission. Fans will find two new challenges, new Featured Contracts, IOI Account Rewards, and Twitch Drops. Agents will also note the return of past Elusive Targets…
The Herbalist Pack costs $7.99 and includes:
- Permanent access to The Visionary, a two-level arcade contract featuring The Herbalist Elusive Target;
- Permanent access to The Herbalist Assignment – The Special Assignment contract featuring Snoop Doog as Dr. Cyrus Cane;
- The Entrepreneur Fur Coat;
- The Hustler Tracksuit;
- “The Smoke”;
- Ryte LX2 Custom Mic;
- Morsizzles Cookie;
- Big Biz Briefcase;
- and a set of four Freelancer Safehouse cosmetics items, inspired by the Elusive Target mission.
HITMAN World of Assassination is available now nearly everywhere: PS4. PS5, XBOX Series X|S, XBOX One, Nintendo Switch 1|2, handhelds like the ROG XBOX Ally and Ally X, PC, iOS, and some virtual-reality (VR) hardware.
The Herbalist mission is playable for free now through September 26, 2026, either in-game for existing agents or via the game’s free demo for new players. Nintendo Switch and Nintendo Switch 2 users must also have HITMAN World of Assassination in order to play the new content.
Nintendo Switch users will have to wait a bit longer for the complete DLC; The Herbalist Pack will be available on Nintendo Switch 2 on September 4, 2026.
